1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Because we work with multiple global suppliers, delivery times may vary. Typical delivery windows:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Extended Shipping (some items): 10–20 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–25 business days

  • Customs processing may extend delivery times depending on your country’s regulations.

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or high‑volume seasons.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Most orders include tracking numbers.

  • Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

  • Some international or economy shipments may have limited tracking visibility depending on the carrier.


4. Multiple‑Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Beacon: Goods & Services is not responsible for:

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office

  • Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in production or transit.
